2021 Membership Open

2021 Membership is now open. As you may recall, with the Covid 19 impacted season in 2020, we offered members a 33% discount on membership on return to play post the first Covid wave.

As agreed by the club executive for 2021:

  • members who availed of the discount in 2020 will pay full fees in 2021
  • members who had paid the full amount in 2020 have the option of reduced fees in 2021. Of course the club will greatly appreciate anyone who is in a position to help by paying the full fee rate for 2021. Contact the club (Ollie) for a link to the discounted registration.

Membership is available as usual on the liam mellows site

I'm a parent and my children play, should I register aswell: With the graduated discounts for family packages, adding additional members is inexpensive, and every penny helps support the club. In addition if you are going to be involved in any capacity with a team in terms of coaching or mentoring, then you must be a member.

I am having a problem when I go to register: Contact your team manager, who will put you in contact with the registrar (Ollie Fagan).

Can I pay in installments: There is an installment plan available during registration, which allows payment over 3 months.

How secure is my card: We use a thirdparty company, stripe, to process the payments. We never see your full card details, only the last 4 digits (not the expiry date, CVC etc).

Do I have to register online - can I pay cash/cheque at the club: The club has moved to a new membership system which allows payment seamlessly from both your phone or desktop, all you need is your card. If you are having issues using it, or absolutely need to pay by cash/cheque contact your team manager.

I've registered and paid but I see on that I am still unregistered (or my child is): is backed by a new system called foireann. This GAA system has been created by merging the membership databases from GAA, Camogie and last year's returntoplay. This has resulted in members being duplicated, which we have been told not to delete. Your or your child in the view will show as unregistered as it is a duplicate of the Camogie/GAA member who is registered. I appreciate this is confusing, but the message is, do not concern yourself if you continue to see unregistered on returntoplay once you have paid your membership to the club.

My question isn't answered here: Contact your team manager, who will try to answer. Failing that they will direct you to the registrar (Ollie Fagan).
